Player Levels

What does Level mean?

• Level is a quick measure of how far you've progressed in the game. It gives you a title to show your accomplishment. Additionally, it unlocks different features of the game that aren't available at the start.
• Level tiers may also be used for other effect. For example, Charities are broken up so that you may only donate to a certain charity at a certain Level. This way, players are compared against others around the same size, so every business has a chance to excel.
• Difficulty: The game gets harder as you grow, based not on level but on building size. At first profits are easy (if you know where to look). But as you grow more powerful your costs will increase to raise the difficulty. Earning levels will give you new tools to face the challenge.

Level Requirements and Features

• The table below lists all the Levels in Simunomics. Everyone begins at Startup Level with a Score of 0. Your business earns Score points by creating or expanding buildings. When you have a Score of 400, you will be promoted to Speculator. At that time you will receive an Alert notifying you of this achievement.
• Note the following details about this table:
  • Features marked (Gold) require that Level and a Gold level account.
  • Features marked (NI) are not implemented yet. They are planned for an eventual expansion release.

• As an additional benefit, the first 5 new constructions all happen at a dramatically increased speed.

Earning Score

• Score is earned each time you create a new building or expand an existing one. If you later sell or destroy the building, your score will be reduced but you will not lose any levels that you have earned.
  • Factories have a basis of 50 points per 100ft².
  • Farms are worth 37 points per 100ft².
  • R&D Centers add 65 points per 100ft².
  • Raw Materials Sites are worth a basis of 60 points points per 100ft².
  • Retail Stores are worth 93 points per 100ft².
  • Investment in Bonds adds points to score based on the interest rate when they were purchased. Those points are removed when the bonds are sold. (Borrowing money by issuing bonds has no effect on score.)
• Score may be modified by land type, or obtained from other sources such as Transport vehicles.
